Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FlexMRP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.

Service description

FlexMRP is a cloud-based manufacturing management platform currently in active development. Features, interfaces, and functionality may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves. We strive to deliver a reliable service, but as an early-stage product, some aspects may be refined over time.

Accounts & responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable use

You agree to use FlexMRP only for its intended purpose — managing manufacturing operations. You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access other users' or organizations' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without permission

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into FlexMRP. We do not claim any rights over your business data. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim to keep FlexMRP available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.

Limitation of liability

FlexMRP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or activity that may harm the service or other users. You may also delete your organization and data at any time through the application settings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice in the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
